SHIPPING POLICY
Upon successful completion of payment, your order is instantly confirmed and placed into our order processing system.
An official Order Confirmation email containing your order details will be sent immediately to your registered email address.
Delivery Estimates Once your order is dispatched, it typically reaches you within 6–7 working days. Please note that occasionally, due to logistical factors at the shipping partner’s end, delivery may take up to 8–10 working days. To keep you informed and eliminate any uncertainty, real-time tracking details will be provided as soon as the parcel leaves our facility.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit caused by courier services. At times, factors like weather conditions, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances may lead to unavoidable delays. However, our team is always here to assist you and ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Handling Time
Handling time varies by product category:
Small Articles (chairs, tables, storage units, etc.): 12–15 business days
Large Articles (beds, sofas, dining sets, outdoor furniture, etc.): 18–20 business days.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Estimated timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.
Please note: Furniture production involves skilled craftsmanship, and minor delays may occur in rare cases.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days across India.
Custom Orders: Timelines communicated individually at purchase
Delivery Access:Products are delivered to the designated delivery location. Customers are advised to ensure suitable access at the time of delivery.
Shipping Charges:Free shipping is available for most serviceable PIN codes across India. For Out of Delivery Area (ODA) locations, additional charges may apply based on destination and product specifications.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns
If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective during the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make sure your issue is resolved at earliest.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are approved, we will deliver new product or offer a refund on your purchase payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Not accepted,
If the product was shipped correctly and the return is due to personal preference.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or Bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please note that any bank or transaction charges applied by the payment gateway are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Damaged & Incorrect (if applicable)
We only offer refund in the following situations: You have received incorrect product(s),
All items are carefully inspected and securely packed prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please follow the steps outlined below.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make sure your issue is resolved at earliest.
Please record an unboxing video of the product upon delivery. This helps our brand team verify whether any damage occurred before or during opening, ensuring a smooth and transparent return process.
Please ensure that the product and its original packaging are kept intact and in their received condition until the inspection is completed by our returns or logistics team.
Upon successful verification, we will, at our sole discretion, arrange one of the following steps:
Replacement of the damaged or incorrect product at no additional cost to the customer.
Repair of the product at no cost, where practicable and mutually agreed upon.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method if replacement or repair is not possible.

Custom Order Furniture
Custom orders are created according to your specifications, such as customized dimensions, finishes, upholstery, fabrics, or other bespoke modifications. As these products are specially produced for you, the following terms and conditions apply:
All orders enter the processing queue 12 hours after order confirmation. This 12-hour period allows customers to review, update, or cancel their order before production begins.
Once processing has begun, production scheduling and procurement of materials are initiated.
Orders cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation may be eligible for cancellation and a refund, subject to verification and approval by our team.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made products that are confirmed and in production are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Products that are damaged due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence are not covered under this policy.
Any product returned without prior approval may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s cost.
